I'm just a 17 year old name Emily. I was once 200 pounds, but am now at a healthy weight. I also struggled with an eating disorder but I can proudly say it's a very little part of me now. I'm a runner, lifter, baker/cooker, a pescatarian (lacto-ovo-vegetarian), and basically a fitness junkie. My goal in life is just to be happy and healthy. I am a firm believer in the saying: Strong is the new sexy, not skinny.

I'm not an expert on nutrition, not yet anyways ;), just a teenage girl blogging about what I love.
